Master Fiddlers 2013STANSTEAD, QUE/DERBY LINE, VT: In celebration of its 10th anniversary, organizers of THE MAGIC OF MASTER FIDDLERS’ annual, and very popular, benefit concert have decided to return to where it all began – at the Haskell Opera House. Lighting up this international venue, on June 15 (7p.m.) will be Canadian Master Louis Schryer from Ottawa and New England Master Scott Campbell of Vermont. Solo and ensemble numbers from these talented musicians will definitely ensure an evening of great entertainment. Louis Schryer has been playing the fiddle since the age of eight, receiving training in both classical and traditional music. An eight-time Canadian Open Fiddle Champion and four-time Grand Master Fiddle Champion Schryer also earned consecutively four-time Winner of the famous Pembroke Competition.
